Bible Studies
Knowing and obeying God's Word, the Bible, is key to all we do as a church. To help us grow in our knowledge of Scriptures and love of God, we offer several opportunities for all ages to study the Bible.
Student Ministry
Pleasant Street FBC cares about students in Springvale, Sanford, and the surrounding communities. For several decades we have had a student ministry where teens can connect with one another through Bible study, games, food, and service opportunities.
Men's Ministry
The men of Pleasant Street serve the church in so many ways and as well provide opportunities to connect with others in the community. They also offer several Bible studies throughout the year specifically for men.
Women's Ministry
The Women's ministry is a great way for ladies to get plugged in at Pleasant Street. They host several ministry opportunities throughout the year, attend conferences and retreats, get together for meals, study the Bible and so much more!
Community Connections
For nearly 190 years, Pleasant Street FBC has been a part of the Springvale community. Through all these years we keep loving this community and we are always seeking ways to provide wonderful family-friendly events to connect with our neighbors and meet some needs.
Missions Ministry
Pleasant Street FBC has a long history of supporting missionaries financially and collecting resources that our missionaries need to do their work. Over the years we have also sent out several groups on local, national, and international mission trips.
Music Ministry
From a worship choir and praise team, to community sing alongs and special concerts, Pleasant Street FBC knows the importance of how God uses music and songs to connect us with Him. If you are gifted musically, this is a great ministry to join.
Gleaners Organization
The Gleaners is a women's organizations that supports the church through crafts sales and other opportunities. This is a great place for women to serve alongside other women to bless the greater mission of the church.
